How do I order a garment from Amanda Casarez?
Please select the style you love in your size, you will then be directed to make payment through our secure payment portal.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit card payments as well as PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers.
What does Made to Order mean?
Many of Amanda Casarez’ garments are made to order. This means that they are individually crafted with the utmost care and attention in our US-based studio.
Once we receive your order we will send you an order confirmation and then your dress will go into production 24 hours later.
You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours at no charge. After that time you will not be able to change your order.
Your item will be shipped to you within 7 business days of your initial order.
We will send you a shipping confirmation when your dress is ready to ship together with a tracking number.
Can I Return Or Exchange Items That Were Purchased On Sale?

How Long Does It Take To Process My Return?
Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.
Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
When Will My Order Ship?
Most orders ship within 2 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.
Where Is My Order Confirmation?
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add amanda@amandacasarez.com to your safe sender list.
